Services

Individual Art Therapy sessions offer a creative and non-threatening alternative to talk therapy. I support clients to explore their strengths and struggles through an art process that encourages healing and overall wellbeing. Together, we navigate through various art mediums such as pencil, marker, collage, clay and paints to explore stressors and triggers that are impacting their internal and external worlds. It is through the art process that self-awareness and self-expression can be observed.

Group Art Therapy offers a safe setting that encourages positive communication and socialization skills, as well as increased self-awareness by learning that others have similar struggles. The use of various art mediums provides a catalyst for communication while working on identified treatment goals. 

03.

Painting classes are offered monthly to the community and have a theme or image prepared for instructional use. Classes vary from in-person instruction, take-home kits with visual instructions, and virtual learning settings. 

Private painting classes can be reserved for both in-person and virtual settings. A minimum of 5 participants is required. Art kits with materials are provided. Contact me for more information.
