Individual Art Therapy sessions offer a creative and non-threatening alternative to talk therapy. I support clients to explore their strengths and struggles through an art process that encourages healing and overall wellbeing. Together, we navigate through various art mediums such as pencil, marker, collage, clay and paints to explore stressors and triggers that are impacting their internal and external worlds. It is through the art process that self-awareness and self-expression can be observed.

Group Art Therapy offers a safe setting that encourages positive communication and socialization skills, as well as increased self-awareness by learning that others have similar struggles. The use of various art mediums provides a catalyst for communication while working on identified treatment goals.
03.
Art classes are offered to the community in a variety of ways. Classes vary from in-person instruction, open art studios, take-home kits with visual instructions and various themed events for holidays and special occasions.
Private painting classes can be reserved for both in-person and virtual settings. A minimum of 8 participants is required. Art kits with materials are provided. Contact me for more information.
